MyPalm platform
MyPalm is six apps, one for each position on the chain — nursery, dealer, plantation, mill, kernel crushing plant, refinery. Each tracks the crop, the people and the cost through your part of it.
Two spellings of one asset, thirty centimetres apart on the same steel. Keep calling it whatever you have always called it — as long as one identifier underneath resolves to one machine with one history.
Read this before you compare quotes
All three get called a “module” somewhere in this market. Here is what each one buys you.

Module
3–8depending on the variant
A software area inside one variant. Dealer’s brochure names three, Refinery’s names eight — a dealer buys and sells fruit, a refinery runs a plant.

Station
8and not software at all
A physical area of a mill: ramp, sterilizer, press, clarification, kernel plant, boiler, storage tank, data room. These belong to the Smart Palm Oil Mill retrofit — a different product, sold separately.

The variant matrix
Each module list is that brochure’s own “OUR KEY FEATURES” page, in its own order. Every brochure opens with the same clause — “MyPalm is an AI-Powered, cloud-based software…” — so only the part that differs is quoted.

The screens, and the places they came from
Five places in a palm oil business, and the real MyPalm screen each one produces. Customer names and vehicle numbers are painted out.
01 · The ramp
A load is tipped and the lorry leaves. Before it does, somebody has to say what was in it — and that somebody is a person with a phone, chopping a bunch and typing what he sees, with a photograph of the heap attached to the entry.

02 · The weighbridge office
The ledger, the stamp and the spike file are the system this replaces. The report is the same day’s loads under the same headings — and it is what a supplier argues with when he disputes a grade, which the ledger cannot be, because the ledger is in the room.

03 · The control room
Temperature and drainage both read MANUAL, on red. The software is not claiming this mill runs itself; it is naming the two valves a person is still turning, and the wall of gauges on the left is who he asks before he turns them.

04 · The alert queue
82 alerts raised. None attended, none acknowledged, every one still pending. The paper wall beside it has the same disease. Software that logs is not software that acts — ask who owns this queue on your site before you sign for it.
05 · The shade house
Received, balance, sold, culled. Culled is the number a nursery manager checks first and the one the shade house cannot answer by looking — and it is counted per plot, not per seedling, which is the boundary written under the tags below.
What it does on the floor
One move repeats under all six variants: a physical thing gets an identifier, and every event afterwards is written against it rather than against a shift, a form or somebody’s memory. In a plant that tag is a QR code; in a nursery, an NFC label.

06 · The estate shed
“Each machine is equipped with a QR code, enabling quick access to machine-specific information and maintenance records.” Scan the plate and the machine answers. That is the whole mechanism — and it works only for as long as the plate stays on the machine and somebody keeps scanning it.
Before you write the spec
In the nursery the tag is NFC, one per plot. What we can stand behind: every plot is tagged, geo-located and time-stamped, and every batch of seedlings inside it is traceable from seed box to buyer. The record is made on a phone, on a plant floor or in a field. The desktop screens read it. Every brochure headline in the family opens with the same four words: “WEB & MOBILE BASED”.
The commercial mechanism
One thing here is aimed at margin, not admin. It is the thing a mill owner is really being asked to buy.

07 · The press, while it is still running
An operator enters the cycle’s parameters; the green line is what MyPalm expects that press to lose, against the red baseline and the laboratory’s own figure. Oil left in the fibre is oil you paid to harvest, haul and sterilise and then did not sell — and a number that arrives at the next shift handover is a report, not a decision.

As printed, qualifier included // MyPalm Palm Oil Mill brochure, p2, footnote beneath the oil-loss screen. Two things follow. The prediction is only as good as the operator’s entry — it is not an instrument reading. And a prediction that works prevents a loss, so it produces no measurable event to bank. That is genuinely hard to price, and a vendor who tells you otherwise is selling you the easy version.
Every published outcome from that retrofit — with its source, method and limits — is on the evidence page: eight instrumented stations, new instruments and actuators, and MyPalm were all commissioned into one plant in one period. Nobody measured the software on its own, so nobody, including us, can say what share of that result it earned.
A question we get asked
Partly — and the distinction matters if you are the one training a weighbridge clerk on it.
The interface is English, across every variant, with no language switcher. Ask an engineer whether it can be translated for your mill.
The Malay is in the data and in the statutory forms — for a Malaysian dealer, arguably the more useful half. Read straight off the Dealer screens:

Two users, and one agency describing us
A mill group and a plantation in the Congo say they use it. Malaysia’s digital agency describes what we do — a weaker kind of endorsement, and it is marked as one. Each quote carries the timestamp it was read from in AIREI’s brand film. Ask, and we send you the film.

MDEC is describing AIREI’s focus, not saying MDEC uses MyPalm. The other two are operators who do.

Where these came from. All three are named, with employer and job title on screen, so any one of them can be contacted — and can contradict us. All three also come from AIREI’s own corporate film rather than independent references, and nobody in it was asked a hostile question. The film is sent on request, so every timestamp is checkable.
Three things we are not claiming
If you would find these out in the second meeting, you should have them in the first.

That is the phone at 01 and the report at 02: a grader chops a bunch and types what he sees. The brochure’s own verb is digitizes, not automates, and it is the right verb.
The unmanned rig that grades bunches with nobody in the loop is separate hardware on its own line, sold separately. Two products, and the software does not do what the rig does.

It is named once in AIREI’s printed material, in the Smart Mill brochure’s Data Room list, and appears in no variant’s module list on any brochure page.
It is real enough to have been filmed — a working screen sits on the Smart Mill page. But The Edge Malaysia, 25 May 2026 has AIREI “pursuing MyPalmGPT features”, future tense, and that is the status: a working feature, not a shipped module, and not part of what you would be buying here.

Every product capture in these brochures carries a build stamp of Version 1.0.1, and the oldest capture sitting inside a 2026 brochure was taken in December 2022.
So ask for a live session against a demonstration tenant and watch the thing move. We would rather lose an hour of your time than have you sign against a picture of a version nobody is running.

A module in the Dealer app and a module in the Refinery app are not the same size of thing, so a single family total would not tell you anything about the variant you are buying.
What you get instead
Ask an engineer, and you get the module list for the one variant you are actually buying.
Check us, rather than trust us
MyPalm is on both public stores under AIREI’s own developer account, and a store listing carries a last-updated date that no marketing department controls.

Where it is actually used
The phone in a field is the product. The web dashboard is what the record looks like once it has arrived.
Every handover is a record
Between this heap and the tank the fruit changes hands three or four times. Whichever of those handovers is yours, one variant is built for it.
