What we collect, and nothing else.
Everything AIREI holds about you arrives from one of two places: the booking form, or a WhatsApp thread you started.
Who reads it
Sales and marketing, to route the meeting, and the engineer your site sends it to. Nobody else.
From the booking form
- Your name — to address the invitation.
- Your work email — to send it.
- Your company — to route the meeting.
- The mill or site — to pick the engineer who answers.
From WhatsApp
- Whatever you choose to send us in the conversation.
- Your WhatsApp display name and number, because WhatsApp provides them.
- Meta is the processor for that channel and its own terms apply to it.
Automatically
- Nothing beyond what the web server needs to serve you the page.
- No advertising and no analytics tags today. Anything added later fires only after you consent, and the consent is recorded.
Your rights
- Ask what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
