AIREI began in 2019 by building MSPO Trace for the Malaysian Palm Oil Certification Council. Seeing the gaps along the way, it built a solution for each part of the chain — and then connected them, so the data from the nursery reaches the mill, and the mill's AI can act on all of it.

At Minsawi, oil extraction rose from 17.85% to 19.59% — with the Smart Mill, then AI grading.
Less oil left in the fibre
Press oil loss fell from 4.93% to 3.61%, about 27% lower, because the AI predicts it in real time.

Measured at the first AI smart mill.
Minsawi Industries in Kuala Kangsar, Perak, has run the AI Smart Mill since August 2024. These are its averages before and after — not a best month.
17.85% before the Smart Mill (January–July 2024); 18.81% with it; 19.59% after AI grading was added (November 2025 onward).

Nine stations stand between the lorry and the oil tank. AIREI instruments each one, so the AI sees the whole process and acts where it matters — grading at the ramp, cooking in the sterilizer, oil losses at the press.
